Feta filled squid

  • 1 pound of squid
  • 1 slice of feta cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons of tomatoes sauce
  • oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • white wine
  1. Clean and wash the squid. In a large pan sear the garlic in some oil and add the squid. Blend them with some white wine and let them cook at medium heat for 20 minutes. Usually I don't use salt because they are already salty. Let them cool down.
  2. Cut the feta slice in small pieces and fill the squid.
  3. Put the filled squid back in the pan and add the tomatoes sauce. Cook again for an other 10 minutes and wait on hot, maybe adding some salads on side.
